Continuing Your Growth Between Sessions

Healing happens both inside and outside the virtual therapy room. Access your therapeutic worksheets, self-assessments, and homework assignments here.

Why Do We Assign "Homework"?

At The Carter Psychotherapy Group, our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to navigate life's challenges independently. Evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are highly collaborative. The exercises, readings, and reflections you complete between our telehealth sessions help bridge the gap from learning new coping skills to applying them in your daily life.

Disclaimer: The assessments and worksheets provided below are intended for use by active clients of The Carter Psychotherapy Group under the guidance of your therapist. They are not intended to diagnose or replace professional medical advice.
